OMAで定義しているDRMだからOMA DRM。OMA DRM ver.1 には３つの配信方式があり。F/L,C/D,S/D
モバイル端末と権利発行者間で通信するプロトコル
ライツの部分をODRL(XML)で記述する（XMLの<Permission>の中身の部分）
